Delivery and Returns

Production Time

At Nermin Saraylı Couture, every wedding dress is a handcrafted work of art, made exclusively for you. Due to design approval, fabric selection, measurement sessions, and detailed handwork, standard custom orders take 2-3 weeks to complete. Complex designs, heavy embroidery, or additional customizations may extend this time.

Delivery Time

Deliveries within Istanbul are made in person (on the specified day) after the order is completed. For other regions of Türkiye, shipments are made within 5-7 business days via insured courier companies such as DHL and UPS. Each shipment is trackable with a tracking number and delivered against signature.

International Shipping and Customs

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International delivery time can vary between 10-25 business days depending on the destination country and courier company. We use DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex for the fastest and safest delivery; all international shipments are insured and require a signature.

Customs Duties and Charges

International orders may be subject to the customs and taxes of the destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are beyond our control.

Return and Exchange Policy

Since Nermin Saraylı Couture designs are handmade to custom measurements, all orders are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Production begins once the design is approved, and no cancellations or changes are possible.

Changes After Design Approval:

Changes you wish to make after production has begun (additional embroidery, fabric changes, design modifications, etc.) can be made for an extra fee. The scope and additional cost of the changes will be determined by our design team and implemented after your written approval.

Exceptions:

  • Damage or Incorrect Delivery: If the product arrives damaged or completely incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with detailed photos. Repair, exchange, or refund will be provided if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or occurred during delivery and is documented.
  • Quality Control: In rare cases, if a product is found to be defective during our quality control, an exchange or refund will be provided. The decision will be made after a detailed review by our design team.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and labels must be intact.
  • Return requests made more than 48 hours after receipt will not be accepted.

Cancellation and Prepayment:

  • If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made between 24-72 hours will receive a 40% partial refund.
  • Cancellations after 72 hours will not be refunded.
